ABOUT

I grew up on the Mexican-American border, and since 2013, I’ve been calling Brooklyn my second home. I have a background in graphic design, and I am a Printmaker. I’m interested in human behavior and the decision-making process, and it has been the subject of my work as an artist.

I’ve been fortunate to work with brilliant Creative Directors, Designers, and Technologists to create larger-than-life concepts and purpose-driven projects. I’m proud to say that through my work, I promoted STEM education and advocated for mental health for unrepresented minorities. But I also contributed to starting a viral and heated discussion on Twitter by ranking the Best Burger in America.

I stand behind the mission of ending period poverty; check Menstruación Digna, an initiative by 30 non-profit and private organizations focused on providing easy access to feminine hygiene products in Mexico; and PERIOD., a nonprofit organization that champions menstrual equality in the US.

Three fun facts:

  • I survived the 2003 NY blackout

  • I’m the middle child

  • I designed the costume for the lead singer of a Mexican rock band.
